The HS-1 by TrolMaster is used to control commercial dehumidifiers. Most larger/commercial dehumidifiers have a "low voltage" control option, allowing the dehumidifier to be controlled by an external hygrostat. The HS-1 functions and is wired exactly like an external hygrostat. The HS-1 is the best way to control your dehumidifiers, eliminating the need to control the high current/inrush current associated with dehumidifiers.
